I am Samuel Adamson


A chef, work and live in Texas. I am 28 years old and have been practicing my profession for over 10 years. I started to do this business, back in school. I showed a lot of interest, and then entered the culinary institute in San Antonio Texas. Even during my studies, I started working in various places, and a little later I got a job in one of the local restaurants. Some time later, I attended several events in my profession and got acquainted with a lot of different, important for me people. This gave me a boost in my development. Now I work in three restaurants on different shifts. I like it very much; I have a wife and children. I am ready to share my experience and knowledge with my readers.
