Holiday summer salad with salmon and avocado is sure to become your signature recipe. This salad balances a variety of tastes, making it very harmonious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 avocado
  • 100 g smoked salmon sliced in thin slices
  • 1 pcs. orange
  • 1 pcs. lemon
  • 1 pcs. cucumber
  • 1 chiabatta
  • 1 bundle of greenery (basil, cilantro, etc.)
  • 1 bundle of arugula and a cress salad
  • 1 tbsp, poppy and sunflower
  • 5 tbsp. of olive oil
  • salt, fresh black pepper

STEP-BY-STEP COOKING

Step 1

Peel and finely chop the avocado. Then pour lemon juice into the dish. Cut the cucumber into long thin strips using a vegetable cutter and place on top of the avocado.
